a mini thought

Started working right after breakfast. When to the Research and Development (R&D) Lab to do Pull Test. Learnt quite a few thing during 4hours.

When I was a President in the Chinese Orchestra, what I learnt was "listen to boss". Apparently within this 4hours, I realised that it do not apply is some aspect. For instance, in an Engineering industry. In CO, anything your superior said, it is a "must-go-green-light". If you do not do, it is something wrong. You will be labelled as a "plain stupidity" person. At times, you do not need to think what they asked you to do is right or not. And in this case you will be so call, "smart". Follow and you will never be wrong =)

And as I was doing the Pull Test, a guy in R&D came up to me and ask, "why are you still doing this test? The consistance is very off and obviously the ending result is wrong. No point contiuning."
Do I have a choice? I am just an IA student. And he goes, "It's alright for you students to listen..." and he goes on.
In a nut shell, what he tried to tell me was never be a robot. Robot in the sense that do not follow blindly whatever your superior said. Dare to think, dare to stay by your stand. Don't accept what is passed to you just because you are a greenhorn.

It's easy to say, but hard to apply. As a superior, he got the authority to sack you base on your performance and this may thus becomes a reason for so. You may try to logic the idea out but if you superior is a stick-in-a-mud, that's it for you.

That's life.

One of the IA student have an interview with NTU Accountacy course and took a day leave. His scandal guy, also took MC. And they always say they are straight. Oh so ya right. Hmmm they live together (as they are from PRC), comes and go together. Assuming they are straight... don't you think that is just so gay of the one who took leave just because his friend is not around? Loser. Weak. Haha.
